Autastic.com exists to educate, empower, and provide community for late-identified autistic adults, specifically for autistic people of colour.

Created #ByUsForUs, Autastic fills the gap after adult identification so we can rebuild the lives we deserve. We are autastic.

I’m your host, Diane J. Wright. I learned I’m autistic with ADHD by chance in my forties. I went from knowing absolutely nothing about autism to living an entirely rebuilt life where my stressors are minimized and my strengths thrive. If I learned how, I believe anyone who wants to can as well. I’m honored to share with you what I’ve gained from the larger autistic community, from respected experts on human behaviour and psychology, and through my own trial and error. I’m here for my #AutisticBIPoC community and for all of you who have the opportunity to start over and live life true to your autistic self.
