Welcome Home
BIPOC-Centered Resources
Black and brown autistic people are largely omitted, overlooked, and dismissed from the conversation. Our experiences are centered here.
Communities
Come feel the realness of being in community with people who move through the world in the ways you do. Few experiences are more powerful.
Well-Being
All resources, tips, and products have been co-signed by the #ActuallyAutistic community and offered openly so that we may live our best lives.
WHO WE ARE
Autastic was created by, for, and upheld by melanated autistic peoples. Borne of justice movements, personal need, and the ongoing collective demands for equity and equality for historically radicalized groups, Autastic is foremost about liberation.
We are adult-identified Black and brown autistic people around the globe coming together in community to pursue freedom of mind, body, and spirit. We resist pressures to disguise our true nature, to police ourselves for the comfort of others, and to exist in exhaustion. We come together to learn from each other, to inspire living our truth, and to practice the pursuit of #AutisticJoy. This site is a doorway. You’re invited to open it and explore with us.
